Leadership with Experience

Cerberus Solutions leadership team was formed by a group of highly experienced, seasoned Close Protection Operatives who have all worked in the industry at a top level.  All the leadership team have military or police armed response backgrounds.

Our leadership team pulls on decades of complex operational and project management experience for a thorough understanding of security requirements in the personal protective environment around the globe. They have vast experience working with Royalty, diplomatic, global business leaders, traveling corporate project teams, ultra-high net worth and high-profile VIP clients.

Quality on the Ground

All Cerberus operatives and trainers are drawn from military and police backgrounds. We have a rigorous internal selection process for our operatives only selecting experienced and proven individuals with the right interpersonal skills. 

Our operatives and trainers are highly trained, intelligent, solution focused individuals able to work independently or as a team.

All operatives are screened under BS7858 standards, medically qualified, SIA licensed and DBS checked professionals who work to our core values.
